My kids loved the bunks in the standard family room—we arrived so late and left so early for our flight that we didn’t even notice that it didn’t have a view, so if you’re in the same situation you can save some money and pay for a standard room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to the airport was fantastic—left exactly on time, got us to the airport at exactly the time they said it would. The restaurant was closed by the time we got there, so I wish we had picked up some take away near the train station or something. Because of the holiday there was only a 7-11 and a Chinese restaurant open within walking distance, but there are other options when it isn’t the New Year holiday. There was only one pillow per bed, but there were 5 of us, so if you’re in a larger family be sure to request extra pillows at check in.

Very comfortable, room was bright and clean, enough beds to accommodate a family of 5 including 2 children and an adult child. Shower facilities in the room were lovely and warm, separate toilet was a bonus. Way to access with a lift. Easy to find the room and the staff were lovely and greeted with the warmest smiles. Cannot fault location or accommodation.

About a 3500yen taxi ride from airport to hotel- but free if you take shuttle ( however had kids that were losing it). Totally adequate for a family of four. Clean bathroom, comfortable beds and did the trick after long haul flight. Breakfast was good and then shuttled ( free) back to airport the next morning to take the train into Tokyo city.

There is a free shuttle service every day, at any hour, to get to Narita Airport, very convenient. Rooms are very nice, there is also a 24 hours free hot/cold water dispenser on the second floor. The hotel is situated in a quiet area with some great restaurants.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and could also speak Chinese which was helpful for us since we didn’t speak Japanese but could speak Chinese. The rooms and beds were clean. Restroom fixtures were modern.
