Narita AIC Airport Hotel

My kids loved the bunks in the standard family room—we arrived so late and left so early for our flight that we didn’t even notice that it didn’t have a view, so if you’re in the same situation you can save some money and pay for a standard room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to the airport was fantastic—left exactly on time, got us to the airport at exactly the time they said it would. The restaurant was closed by the time we got there, so I wish we had picked up some take away near the train station or something. Because of the holiday there was only a 7-11 and a Chinese restaurant open within walking distance, but there are other options when it isn’t the New Year holiday. There was only one pillow per bed, but there were 5 of us, so if you’re in a larger family be sure to request extra pillows at check in.

I really love the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the surrounding. And of the course the staff too. I would recommend this hotel for a night stay, but not for many nights.

The staff were very kind and the rooms were clean. There were also buffet breakfast provided and shuttle service to the airport. All of it at an affordable, reasonable price.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and could also speak Chinese which was helpful for us since we didn’t speak Japanese but could speak Chinese. The rooms and beds were clean. Restroom fixtures were modern.
